Victors’s Lemon cake
Ingredients
- 1 package Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
- 1 small package lemon hello
- 4 eggs ( room temperature)
- 3/4 cup wesson oil
- 3/4 cup water
- For sauce
- 1/2 cup lemon juice fresh
- Rind of three lemons
- 2 cups of powdered sugar

Directions
- Mix first four ingredients on medium for two minutes. Bake in Bundt pan at 340 degrees for 50 minutes. (Well greased)
- While cake is cooling poke various holes skewer and take the mix of the lemon juice rinds and powdered sugar and pour over the top. Let cool completely
