Warm Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 10oz Frozen Chopped Spinach (thawed)
  • 14 oz can Artichoke Hearts (drained)
  • 6 oz Cream Cheese (room temp)
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Mayo
  • 1/2 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/3 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Directions

  1. Chop spinach and artichoke into small pieces.
  2. Add chopped spinach and chopped artichokes to small saucepan with 1 cup of water.
  3. Cook on high, Stirring several times until the water is evaporated. Approx. 10 min
  4. While the spinach artichoke mixture is cooking down, in a medium sized bowl combine all of the other ingredients.
  5. When the water is evaporated combine the spinach and artichokes with with remaining ingredients, stir to melt cheese and warm the dip.
  6. Serve immediately with tortilla chips, crackers, french bread or pita.
  7. Optional- Top with mozzarella cheese and place in oven to brown top.
