1 tsp Manuka honey (or any raw, unprocessed honey) or organic maple syrup
A dash of Himalayan Sea Salt or Celtic Sea Salt
A pinch of ground black pepper
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon (note: if you love the flavor of cinnamon, you can add a 1/2 tsp. You can always add, but can’t subtract, so start with the lower amount.)
