White & Dark Chocolate Blonde Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dark or semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped

Directions

  1. Cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to butter mixture. Stir in both chocolate chips and macadamia nuts, reserving some of each for top of blonde brownies.
  2. Spray PERFECT BROWNIE pan & divider thoroughly with nonstick cooking spray. Spread into PERFECT BROWNIE pan. Press divider into batter and sprinke reserved chocolate chips and nuts over top.
  3. Bake at 350 for 30-35 min.
