Ingredients
- 145g Vanilla yoghurt
- 40g natural muesli with dried fruit
- 75g frozen blueberries
- 7g pumpkin seeds
- 1 low fat latte
Directions
In a bowl, add the yoghurt top with muesli, blueberries and pumpkin seeds.
Serve with a takeaway latte, or a latte made at home using 1 cup of low fat milk.
