Zucchini Bake

Ingredients

  • 3 zucchini
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml kefir
  • 2 tbs flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp pepper flakes
  • 10g baking powder
  • 80 ml Olive oil
  • Chives
  • Dill
  • Parsley
  • Bit of shredded cheese

Directions

Cube zucchini
Add all ingredients and mix well
Bake at 180°C / 356°F for 30 min
Add cheese and bake for another 5 min
