Velvet Cake
Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 3/4 cups Wesson oil
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup butter milk
- 1 teaspoon. Salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla flavor
- 1 oz red food coloring
Directions
Mix sugar salt oil add eggs mix for 1 min add other dry ingredients
Mix vinegar vanilla flavor cake coloring for 2-3 min
Put in 2 pans bake at 350 degrees for 25 min
