- 1 pound ground beef - browned
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (16 oz) can tomatoes, undrained
- 1-3 stalks celery
- 1/2 to 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp marjoram
- 3 cups noodles
Brown the ground beef, add onions and celery and cook until soft.
Add tomatoes, water, dried noodles, and seasonings and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 20 - 30 minutes, until noodles are cooked.
