Skillet Goulash

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef - browned
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (16 oz) can tomatoes, undrained
  • 1-3 stalks celery
  • 1/2 to 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp marjoram
  • 3 cups noodles

Directions

Brown the ground beef, add onions and celery and cook until soft.
Add tomatoes, water, dried noodles, and seasonings and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 20 - 30 minutes, until noodles are cooked.

NOTE: you can cook the noodles separately and add
