  • Mix 4 chopped peeled peaches with 1 cup raspberries, 1 tbs sugar and the juice of 1 orange. Let sit at least an hour, overnight is best.
  • For granola
  • 2 cups old fashioned oats (preferably not quick oats and definitely not steel cut)
  • 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
  • 2 tbs coconut oil
  • 2 tbs maple syrup
  • 2 tbs honey
  • Zest of one orange
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup chopped candied ginger
