  • 1/2 cup dried coconut flakes 25g
  • 1/2 cup raisins or dried cranberries 70g
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats 50g
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate vegan chocolate chips 90g, Totally optional - these are super yummy with or without the chocolate chips. Leave out if avoiding processed sugar
  • 1/2 cup rice flour 80g
