Sausage Egg Bake
Ingredients
- 1 lb sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
- 6-8 eggs, slightly beaten (recommended using 8)
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 6 slices white bread, cubed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp dry mustard
Directions
Cook and crumble sausage
Mix all remaining ingredients with sausage
Pour into 9” x 13” casserole dish
Refrigerate for 12 hours
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes
Serve immediately
