  • 300g minced meat (beef or lamb)
  • 500g kotelet lamb
  • 100g rice
  • 1 tomato
  • Wara2 3enab
  • 1 big head of garlic pealed
  • 1 big onion rondelle chopped
  • Olive oil
  • 1 cube of chicken or meet stock
  • Wara2 ghar

Directions

  1. Boil water and put the wara2 3arish for 3mins
  2. Peal the tomato and chop it finely.
  3. Mix it with the minced meat, rice, a bit of oil, salt, pepper and cinnamon
  4. Stay rolling the stuffing with wara2 3enab
  5. In the meantime, grill the kotelet in the pan with a bit of oil/ butter or nothing at all. Grill both size until well done
  6. Place the kotelet in the big pot first, after it the rondelle sliced onions and then the wara2 3arish
  7. Peal the garlic and put them in the pot
  8. Cover them all with a plate
  9. Put 1 cube of Maguy and wara2 l ghar
  10. Cover everything with water
  11. Start cooking
