Directions

  1. Media cebolla
  2. 2 dientes de ajo
  3. Carne para pique lomo
  4. Tomate y cebolla picada
  5. Picar cebolla chiquitita
  6. Picar ajo chiquitito
  7. Sofreir
  8. Picar carne en cuadraditos y freir en el ahogado de a poco para que no se sancoche poner sal pimienta e irsacando a medida que va cociendo y tapar para que salga jugo
  9. A la carne poner salsa soya sal de ajo y condimento doña augusta
  10. Preparar salsa golf con un chorro de vinagre en una media taza.
  11. Al final final ponerle la papa frita y la salchicha y batida final
  12. Para servir poner en la fuente y encima poner la cebolla y tomate picadito.
