Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 16 oz can whole kernel corn drained
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 9 oz. Box Mexican corn muffin mix

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Mix butter, sour cream and egg
  3. Stir in both corns
  4. Add mix and spoon into a well greased casserole dish
  5. The last 5 minutes of cooking top with grated cheese
  6. Bake 1 hour or until golden brown
