5 Minutes Easy Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 6 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots mix
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of corn

Directions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Crack the eggs into the skillet and scramble them until fully cooked.
  4. Add the frozen peas and carrots & corn mix to the skillet and cook until they are heated through.
  5. Stir in the cooked rice and soy sauce, mixing well to combine all the ingredients.
  6. and continue to stir-fry for another minute.
  7. Remove from heat and serve hot. Your delicious 5 Minutes Easy Egg Fried Rice is ready to be enjoyed
