Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 2 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
  • 2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/4 TEA Pepper
  • 1/4 TEA Salt
  • 1 1/2 Cups Parmesan Cheese

Directions

  1. 1. In a skillet add the butter and garlic. Heat over Med. Heat until Butter is Melted
  2. 2. Add in the Cream and whisk together. It will look separated until the cream gets heated up
  3. 3. Once the mixture is hot and combined remove from heat and whisk in the pepper, salt and Parmesan cheese. Blend until melted.
  4. 4. If needed return to stove on low to blend cheese & Thicken. Serve over pasta with Chicken or Shrimp is desired.
