Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork loin chops
  • 2 Garlic Herb Sauté Express® Sauté Starter squares
  • 1–2 tablespoons fresh sage chopped, according to preference
  • 1 pound apples (I used Pink Lady) peeled, cored and sliced in ¼-inch slices
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup apple cider
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • salt and pepper, to taste
