Jim Bean, apple infused Kentucky straight bourbon, whiskey 2C

Apple cider 2 gallons

Apple juice frozen concentrate 1 or 2 cans

White sugar 4 cups

Brown sugar 2 cups

Cinnamon sticks 2” x 20

Apple pie seasoning 3 tablespoons

Ginger powder (TBS)

🔥 bring to a slow boil

🥣 stir/mix

⏰~ 20 minutes

Let it cool down

Then add alcohol
