  • 1/4 cup Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. Onion powder
  • 2 tbsp ginger concentrate
  • 1 tbsp lime juice?
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp fish sauce
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp freshly ground pepper
  • Canola oil for frying
  • Sweet Chile Dipping Sauce (below) for serving
