Banana Oat Pancake WW 2

Ingredients

  • Slice 2 bananas into fry pan ( olive oil spread thinly)
  • Mash 1 banana, add 2 eggs and mix
  • Add 3 T oats
  • Pour over bananas, cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes
  • Put plate over fry pan and Invert, the slide back onto the pan so the other side can cook for 5 min.
