Banana Split Brownie Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 box fudge brownie mix (Duncan Hines Chewy Fudge Brownie Mix)
- 1 (8oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained, juice reserved
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 bananas, sliced and tossed in lemon juice
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- Chocolate ice cream topping or chocolate syrup for drizzling
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Pour into round pizza pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until done. Cool. Beat together cream cheese, pineapple and sugar. Use reserved pineapple juice if needed to make into a spreadable consistency. Spread the mixture over the cooled brownie crust. Arrange the strawberries and bananas over cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Refrigerate. To serve, slice as you would a pizza.
