2) combine soy sauce, wine, sugar, honey, cinnamon, garlic and onions in large bowl. Add caulk, turning tenderloin to cook completely place in plastic bag one hour preferably overnight - refrigerate.
3) drain pork, reserving marinade. Please pork on wire rack over a baking pan.
4) bake in preheated oven 350° until done (approximately 45 minutes) turn and baste frequently during baking.
5) remove caulk from oven. Cool. Cut into diagonal slices garnish with green onion curls.
