Barbecued Pork Loin

Ingredients

  • Two whole quart tenderloins about 12 ounces.
  • Soy sauce 1/4 cup
  • Red wine 2 tablespoons
  • brown sugar 1 tablespoon
  • honey 1 tablespoon
  • cinnamon ground 1/2 teaspoons
  • Garlic clove 1 crushed
  • green onions one cut in half (decorative)

Directions

  1. 1) Remove and discard fat from meat.
  2. 2) combine soy sauce, wine, sugar, honey, cinnamon, garlic and onions in large bowl. Add caulk, turning tenderloin to cook completely place in plastic bag one hour preferably overnight - refrigerate.
  3. 3) drain pork, reserving marinade. Please pork on wire rack over a baking pan.
  4. 4) bake in preheated oven 350° until done (approximately 45 minutes) turn and baste frequently during baking.
  5. 5) remove caulk from oven. Cool. Cut into diagonal slices garnish with green onion curls.
