Basil Vinaigrette

Ingredients

4 t lemon juice
1 t honey (warmed)
1T heavy cream, crème fraiche, sour cream, or yogurt
5T EVOO
2 T chopped fresh basil or mint or combo
Salt and pepper

Directions

Whisk together lemon juice honey and cream. Whisk in EVOO and season with salt and pepper. Stir in herbs.
