Ingredients

  • Batido de aveia, banana, chia e amêndoa
  • 1 chávena de leite vegetal
  • ¼ chávena (25g) de aveia em flocos
  • 2 colheres de sopa de amêndoa (ou 1 colher se sopa de manteiga de amêndoa para um sabor mais forte)
  • 1 colher de sopa de sementes de chia (ou sementes de linhaça)
  • 1 tâmara (para adoçar, mas se quiserem podem adicionar um fio de mel)
  • ½ a 1 banana
  • Sugestão: Junte ½ chávena de fruta da estação
