  1. Put dressing and liquid smoke in oven bag. Mix. Add brisket. Seal. Marinate in refrigerator up to 24 hours. Pinch holes in bag Bake 300 degrees - 45/60 minutes per pound. 190 degrees on meat thermometer Put on medium hot grill for five minutes each side, basting with juice This gives meat a crust
