Blackened Chicken For Spinach Salad

Ingredients

  • 1tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp white powder
  • 1 tablespoon each:
  • Paprika
  • Onion powder
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Marinade
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon each
  • Lemon juice
  • Soy sauce
  • Worchester sauce

Directions

  1. Mix the marinade together and add chicken
  2. Refrigerate for at least one hour
  3. Turn once
  4. Mix all spices together
  5. After the chicken has been in the ridge, take out and rub spices all over
  6. Place on a hot grill
  7. Turning to cook all sides evenly
  8. Cook to 165 internal temp
  9. Allow it to cool so you can cut easily
