Ingredients

  • 1/2 c almond flour
  • 1/2 c coconut flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 5 TBSP stevia/erithytol
  • 1 c blueberries
  • 1/2 c butter (room temp)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 c heavy cream
  • Vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Mix together dry ingredients. Add berries and coat well. Mix in wet ingredients.
  2. Spoon into muffin tins or scoop onto parchment paper and form into scones.
  3. Bake 350 for 20-25 minutes
