Position rack about 10 inches from heat and preheat broiler to high.
Cut the small mushrooms in half and large mushrooms in quarters. In a medium bowl, toss the mushrooms with the oil, Worcestershire and pepper. Spread the mushrooms on a rimmed baking sheet and broil for 8-10 minutes until tender and browned.
Remove the mushrooms from the oven and transfer them to serving platter. Sprinkle the lemon juice and salt over the mushrooms, adding more salt to taste. Scatter the parsley and dill over the top and serve.
