Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients

1 cup butter, softened
4 tsp vanilla extract
5 cups powder sugar
3 TBSP milk

Directions

Using a hand mixer, beat the butter and vanilla.
Add the powder sugar, about 1/2 cup at a time, and beat until smooth.
Gradually pour in the milk and beat to desired consistency.
NOTE: makes icing for 13 X 9 cake, 24 cupcakes, or 2 round 8 inch cakes
