Sauté onions and bell peppers until they begin to get soft then add ground meat.
Sprinkle about 2 tsp of Tony’s and cook until meat is brown.
Drain fat off of the meat by dumping into colander.
Return meat to pot and add all other ingredients and spices.
Bring to a simmer and cook covered for a couple of hours stirring occasionally.
At end take the lid off and continue to cook if it's too watery until it has the consistency.
