Calica Bean Hot Pot

Ingredients
- Bacon (1/2 inch), cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 pound ground beef (93%)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp mustard
- 2 tsp white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 can baked beans (1 pound)
- 1 can kidney bean (1 pound), undrained
Directions
Preheat oven to 325.
Cook bacon until crisp, drain.
Drain all but 2 TBSP and reserve remaining fat.
Add beef to skillet and cook, remove from skillet.
Add 2 TBSP reserved fat.
Combine beef, onions, and remaining ingredients in a 3 quart casserole dish.
Bake for 1 hour.
