3/4 cup brown sugar, packed

1/4 cup white sugar

1/2 cup canola oil or vegetable oil

1 tsp vanilla

Frosting:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup butter, softened

2-3 cups powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 lemon juice
