Remove leaves and stalks from cauliflower. Blend until little pieces then microwave for 5 minutes covered with cling film with holes in it. When it's cool enough to touch, put on a clean tea towel and squeeze out liquid. Mix together with the egg, oregano, and almonds. Place on baking tray and mound into pizza shape with crust. Bake on 180º for 15 minutes or until golden brown. When cool, add toppings. Bake for 10 minutes on 180º
