Cheesy Sausage Croissant Ring

Ingredients

  • 1 lb hot breakfast sausage
  • 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 oz VELVEETA®, cut into small cubes
  • 1 package crescent rolls

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with foil. Set aside.
  2. Brown sausage in pan over medium heat; stirring to crumble. Stir in garlic powder and cream cheese. Mix until cream cheese is well blended. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Lay crescent rolls out on prepared baking sheet to form a ring, with wider portion on the inside of the ring. {You will have a hole in the center}. Spoon sausage mixture around the ring. Top with VELVEETA® cubes. Wrap narrow portion of crescent rolls towards the center of the ring and press on the inside.
  4. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until crescent rolls are lightly browned. Remove from oven and enjoy!
