Chilli Sardines

Ingredients

  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Chilli paste
  • Sugar
  • Canned sardines
  • Fresh tomatoes
  • Tomato paste
  • Half a lemon

Directions

  1. Heat oil, fry sliced onion and garlic. Add 1 tbsp sugar. Saute for 8 minutes.
  2. Add sardines, sliced fresh tomatoes, 2 tbsp tomato paste and squeeze half a lemon. Cook for 5-8 minutes.
  3. Should taste spicy, sour and sweet.
