Chinese Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • Toast under broiler until golden brown.
  • 1/2 head cabbage shredded
  • 4 green onions chopped
  • 1 package Top Ramen noodles smashed
  • Mix together with almonds and seeds.
  • Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • Seasoning from ramen
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Mix dressing and chill. Mix all together before serving. I like a hour ahead.
