• 600ml thickened cream
• Spearmint leaves, to serve, plus extra, sliced, to decorate
• Mint Aero chocolate, coarsely chopped, to serve
• Darrell Lea Minty Crunchy Chocolate Balls, coarsely chopped, to serve
