- Ingredients
- 2 cups ice
- 1.5 oz coconut rum
- 1 oz blue curaçao
- 1 oz lemonade
- 1 oz cream of coconut
- 1 oz half-and-half
- 1 tbsp simple syrup
- Garnish
- Whipped cream
- Lemon slice
- Blue sugar rim
- Blue candy stars or sprinkles
- Optional cherry or candy pearls

Directions
- 1. Strawberry Shortcake Chill
- Rim the glass with condensed milk or syrup, then dip it into crushed cookies.
- Add ice, vanilla vodka, strawberry liqueur, strawberry purée, milk or cream, condensed milk, and cookie crumbs to a blender.
- Blend until smooth, thick, and creamy.
- Pour into the prepared glass.
- Top with whipped cream, fresh strawberry, cookie crumbs, and sprinkles.
- Serve immediately while frozen and creamy.
- Mocktail version: Replace vodka and strawberry liqueur with strawberry syrup, vanilla syrup, and extra milk or cream.
