(Chocolate) Cheesecake, Aunt Grace's
Ingredients
- Crust-
- 1/2 cup gram crackers crushed
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- Chocolate-
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 sugar
- Batter-
- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 eggs

Directions
- Mix crust ingredients together and form in pan 1" up sides
- Beat cheese till creamy add sugar slowly next
- Then add sour cream and vanilla
- Add eggs individually and beat after each till smooth
- Divide batter in half and pour half in crust
- Mix chocolate into remaining half poor into crust and swirl around slightly
- Bake then let cool, remove spring form sides and chill 12 hours at least
