2 sticks unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch cubes and chilled

FILLING

4 ounces pecans (1 cup)

1 1/2 cups light brown sugar

1 tablespoon cinnamon

1 cup sour cream

2 large eggs beaten with 1/4 cup of water

GLAZE

1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

1/4 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
