  • 2 10 oz cans clams, drained, juice reserved
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
  • kosher salt and fresh pepper
  • 1 cup fresh corn
  • oyster crackers, optional for serving
