Ingredients

  • Crust
  • 14 whole graham crackers
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • Filling
  • 3 8oz package cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp of lemon juice

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350* to make the crust break the cracker into crumbs and mix it with sugar and butter press the mixture into a pan and bake until golden brown bout 10 mins and let it cool completely and reduce oven temp to 300*
  2. To make filling: beat cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl with a mixture until smooth me slightly fluffy, bout 3 mins. Beat in eggs one at a time in lemon juice and vanilla.
  3. Pour batter into crust transfer to oven
