  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or neutral oil
  • 3 cloves garlic - grated

  • 1 tbsp harissa paste
  • 2 cans coconut milk - full fat
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce - see note
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • salt
  • steamed rice or rice noodles - for serving
