Steaks:
Salt and Pepper Steaks and Fry on medium heat w/ a couple drops of Olive Oil in a Sauté Pan. 4-5 mins on each side. Remove Steaks and pour off all fat
Sauce:
Melt Butter in same pan as steaks were cooked in. Add Onions and stir for 2 mins. Add chicken stock and stir for 2 mins., Add mustard and stir for 2 mins., and add the drippings from the steaks. Add parsley. Serve over steaks.
