Ingredients

  • Divide 1 cup cottage cheese into 1 ½ tbsp portions on a cookie sheet. Flatten each with the back of a spoon. Add extra cheese (like cheddar) & sprinkle your fave seasoning (Everything Bagel is a win!). Bake at 375°F for 30-40 minutes until crispy & golden brown!
  • Pro tip: Store in the fridge in an airtight container, but pop them in the air fryer to re-crisp when ready!
