Country Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 roll of sausage
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 cup quick quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • One egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. In small bowl, combine ketchup, sugar and mustard, set aside. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients and 1/3 cup sauce, mix well. In large shallow baking dish, shape into loaf. Bake for one hour; remove from oven. Pour remaining sauce over loaf; bake 10 minutes longer.
