  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups powder sugar

Directions

  1. Using a hand mixer, beat the butter, cream cheese and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Add the powder sugar, about 1/2 cup at a time, and beat until desired consistency.
  3. NOTE: makes icing for 13 X 9 cake, 24 cupcakes, or 2 round 8 inch cakes
