  • Chopped: Mushrooms, Onions, and Bell peppers
  • 1 Cup non dairy milk
  • 2 Tbsp Flour
  • 1/3 cup of pumpkin purée
  • 1/2 tsp of onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala (or a cinnamon/nutmeg mix)
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast (or add meat)
  • 1/4-1/2 cup of liquid (Veggie Stock)
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • Salt/pepper to taste.
