Crispy Parmesan Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Parsley
  • 1 TBSP Onion Powder
  • 1 TBSP Garlic Powder
  • 1 TSP Salt
  • 1 TSP Pepper
  • 1/3 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese & some for topping
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil & some for topping
  • 6 - 8 Medium Sized Red Potatoes

Directions

  1. Wash and dry Potatoes, cut them in half, & score the bottoms.
  2. In a 9 x 13 cookie sheet pan and parsley, olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Parmesan Cheese.
  3. Mix all ingredients into a paste to cover the bottom of the pan.
  4. Place potatoes cut side down into the pan right on top of mixed paste.
  5. Sprinkle with more cheese and brush the top of potatoes with more olive oil
  6. Bake uncovered at 400 F degrees for 40 mins until potatoes are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
