Crock Pot Shepards Pie
Ingredients
- 3 lbs. ground beef, cooked and drained
- 2 packets brown gravy mix
- 1-10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups beef broth
- Chopped onion
- Frozen peas
- Frozen corn
- Mushrooms
- Premade frozen mash potatoes 3-4 pkgs. Bob Evans brand
- Optional:
- Replace gravy mix, beef broth and mushroom soup with rotel and tomato sauce
- Raw potatoes instead of mash potatoes
- Jalapenos
